Candy Thief

As you challenge the miseries of your life, the tooth fairy brings you yet another mass male (mass post?!) with the hope of removing tooth decay from your stinky mouths! And this time the story involves theft and violence, which triggered the anger of even the most peaceful police force on earth known as the Canadian Police.
On the morning of Friday, October 17 th , I was sitting in my living room, happily peeling a banana which I had recently purchased from an adult store! I mean a grocery store. I was about half way done with the banana that my $23.99 cordless phone rang. Hamed, being my roommate and having access to all my personal belongings, including but not limited to my phone and underwear; picks up the phone and with a thick Iranian accent goes like: "ALO?" So the person on the other side, being freaked out as New York 's mayor of a terrorism attack as severe as September 11, asks for an Iranian guy called Pooya Forghani. This causes Hamed to walk towards me and hand me the phone, which in turn caused me to say:
Hello?
A man with a thick Scottish accent goes:
We are calling from the Police Department of the University of Waterloo , Crime Section. Are you Mr. Pooya Forghani Aghdam?
Pooya: Yes!!!?
Officer: Please listen carefully. At 11:38 P.M. last night, October 16 th 2003 , you walked into the 3 rd floor of the Math and Computer building of the University of Waterloo , and purchased a chocolate bar worth 1 dollar and 25 cents from the vending machine. Is that correct?
Pooya: !!!! Yes!!
Officer: Aren't you surprised by the amount of information I have about you?!
Pooya: !! Well...YEAH!
(By this time, I was no longer chewing the banana but my guts!, How in the name of snowy peaks of mount Everest do these people know I was there? And I am almost confident that the moment I was picking my nose the only people looking were Hootan and Mahdi. Could it be them?)
Officer: Well sometime before and after you a person bought a whole lot of candies from the vending machine with a stolen card. Must have been a real fat kid! Did you see anything suspicious?
(Now no offence, but Canadian police is bored out of their minds! The officers are probably sitting there scratching their ass and saying: 20 candies have been reported as stolen! We must put a helicopter scout at it immediately! For God's sake how much do these guys get paid to make a living out of tracking candy thieves?! Ain't I amazed by the amount of courage such a task requires!
Pooya: I don't remember anything.
Officer: What's your plan like tomorrow? Can you come by our office sometime before 7 AM and 7 PM ? and meet Lowman?
Pooya: Woman?
Officer: No, Lowman, he is like a woman but he's not! (That is police satire!)
Pooya: OK.
Officer: Actually try to come between 7 and 6, because Lowman is an alcoholic and leaves early on weekends)
When he said that, I was 100% sure that it is one of the guys playing a game on me. I mean what kind of an official police officer would say that another police officer working with him on duty is a freakin' alcoholic for God's sake?!
So I hung up, called the police and said: Hi, my name is Pooya. So the guy goes like: Oh hi Pooya, so are you gonna be here from 7-6 tomorrow?!!!!!!!! and I'm like uhhh...yeah...just wanted to make sure! Thanks!
Now I won't bore you with the details of my adventurous journey in the Waterloo Police, but it was pretty stupid, yet real.
Keep in mind, that next time you go chocolate shopping, you look out for candy thieves. Although, knowing the majority of the crowd reading this, you're probably candy thieves yourselves ;)
Watch Out & Good Luck.

Introduction

Salaam! What's up?! Finally, a complete homepage. I eventually managed to put everything together in one webpage! BAROBAX.net. How do you like the name?

Perhaps the most popular part of this website will be the pictures, I didn't like the MSN communities that much, so I will put all my pictures here from now on, and also try to move the old ones gradually. I am planning to update the pages very often, at least once a week. I will be also posting the lyrics to my favorite Persian songs every now and then in the lyrics section.

The Friends & Communication section, needs a lot of work. I will be creating a database so that each of you can create a profile so that it becomes like a gathering place for all of us.

I am trying to gather Persian slangs, and I'm gonna need a lot of help. I have already put a few in there but it should get much more than that. I will be also adding a "Submit-A-Slang" option soon.

The Archives section will be an archive of all the things I write on this first page. I am hoping that I find the time to write often.

Anyways, this is about it for the introduction. I hope you like this new page, and let me know what you think about it. Have Fun.
